Step into the underground bar, nestled in the former Madisonian newspaper building, and be transported to the roaring twenties. Vintage newspaper decor and era-inspired interior design will have you feeling like you're in a lost era. Knowing that alcohol was once banned in Iowa as early as 1916, you'll feel just slightly naughty induldging in The Speakeasy's fun cocktails and local wines and beer.
Our mission is to provide private event opportunities usually found in larger cities, right here in the heart of Madison County.
